Terms and refund policy
Short version: everything here is a digital perk on the Rusturned server. Check your order before you pay. Delivered items are normally final.
Delivery
Purchases go to the Steam account you signed in with. Discord is only used when a package includes a Discord role or a receipt. Make sure you are signed in on the right account before checkout.
Refunds
- Delivered perks, credits, ranks, kits and access are normally non-refundable.
- If an order cannot be delivered because of a store or server problem, staff will fix the delivery, replace the item, add store credit, or refund it. That call is theirs.
- To ask for a refund, send your order number, Steam name and the reason to staff in Discord.
Chargebacks and disputes
A chargeback, dispute, suspicious payment or fraud review can pause store access and remove the related perks while it is looked at. None of this overrides Stripe, your card network, your bank, or the law.
Server changes
Rusturned is a live community server. Perks can change for balance, safety, abuse prevention, wipes, technical reasons or rule enforcement.

Ticking the box at checkout means you have read this page and understand you are buying a digital item for the account you are signed in with.
