Terms and Refund Policy
Short version: Rusturned purchases are digital server perks, credits, ranks, kits, or access benefits. Review your order before checkout. Delivered digital items are normally final.
Digital delivery
Purchases are delivered to the Discord and Steam accounts linked on this website. You are responsible for linking the correct accounts before checkout.
Refund policy
- Delivered digital perks, credits, ranks, kits, or access benefits are generally non-refundable.
- If an order cannot be delivered because of a store or server issue, staff may fix delivery, replace the item, issue store credit, or refund at their discretion.
- Refund requests must include the order email/receipt, Discord name, Steam64 ID, and the reason for review.
Payment disputes
Chargebacks, payment disputes, suspicious payments, or fraud reviews may temporarily suspend store access and remove related perks while the issue is reviewed. This policy does not override Stripe, card network, bank, or local law decisions.
Server changes
Rusturned is an online community server. Perks may change for balancing, safety, abuse prevention, wipes, technical issues, or rule enforcement.
Agreement before checkout
By checking the checkout acknowledgement and continuing to payment, you confirm that you understand these terms and that you are buying digital server items for the linked account.
